Yes, staff was wonderful, helpful, kind, and smily; the room was clean, with fresh linens daily and tidy, all graciously spoke english as appropriate and went out of their way to be helpful; the food and service were fabulous; amenities were very appropriate for our needs; and the cost very fair. Very good and friendly employee

A nice hotel within walking distance of the centre of Tirana, but with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars close by. Rooms were large and comfortable, breakfast was reasonable. The hotel has a nice outdoor cafe area which had a nice vibe as it was used by locals as well as hotel guests. Fast wifi throughout the hotel Staff were very friendly. The bus from Tirana airport stops virtually right outside the hotel - but you need to let the driver know that you want the stop. If travelling out of Tirana by bus from North and South bus terminal it is at least 15/20 minute taxi drive from the hotel and costs around 7 Euros.

Bed comfort and large room

Great room, big size, clean and comfortable, bathroom very clean, big size tv, efficient climatization. Professionally reception team, also friendly and great English speakers. Good hotel location, on the green shore of river and close to old city too.

Great service, nice view of the city

Great staff, clean room, comfortable bed, great bathroom, and great breakfast. Felt safe, importantly. The downsides are the high price and poorly maintained fitness facilities.

Excellent location Usb is there but not working Tv is there but no satellite Electricity very controlled to the point they dont want you to use any electric Breakfast is ok Lovely spa
