All perfect except housekeeping left dirty coffee cups in room.

New renovated room in Rainbow Tower. The most beautiful view in HI

We stayed in a suite and the room was very nice and very spacious, but the toilet was not clean at all- it looked like the bowl hadn't been brushed in weeks. The bathroom sink and counter were not clean either- there were rings where the previous guest had left bottles or cups, and there were pieces of bar soap on the counter and in the sink. We did not use the tub and took quick showers because we questioned when they had been cleaned last based on the cleanliness of the rest of the room. There was also an old pod in the coffee maker from the previous guest and the pods were not fully stocked either. It was a cheap Keurig and I expected a better coffee maker based on suites I've stayed in at other hotels.

There was a mixup of our room but they handle perfectly and rewarded us with a food credit for the inconvenience, so we enjoyed it at the BailiWick Pub! Great Staff , Great room and Funtime at The Orleans.♥️
