Very nice property and room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very difficult to find open lounge chairs at the pool area. Most people had to share 1 chair with people.

1. Clean room - I am a very picky person but I was pleassed. 2. Staff - very friendly and accommodating 3. I didnt like the long walk from the parking area to the room.

This was our first time staying at South Point and we were very impressed. They have multiple places to get food which was nice. We bowled and got food at the bowling alley which was so fun for our Grandson. The people and staff were so nice and friendly throughout the hotel. The only complaint we had was that the pool was not heated and it was freezing cold!! We went there for spring break and had planned on swimming most of the time but the pool was too cold so that was very disappointing, especially for our Grandson. We would definitely stay there again but I will call and ask them if the pool has been heated.
