Eden Island All inclusive Holidays

Staff were excellent, very personable & helpful. Beach view was stunning(only really from Center tower of complex). Room service & cleaning was excellent. Our only real fault was the mattress, very thin and not comfortable at all. We asked for a mattress topper which helped slightly but after 7 nights, our backs had had enough!

Great place for a few days before moving around the island(s). The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

I stayed at Eden Bleu twice this past week. My first stay went down without a glitch. Second time was awful. Very incompetent people working the front desk to check in. Spent over an hour and a half waiting for my room to be ready and I arrived 2 hours after the 3pm check in time. Extremely poor front desk service and housekeeping enters rooms disregarding do not disturb signs. Only positives close to airport, and restaurants.

Title: Wonderful stay — friendly staff, spotless rooms, and a beautiful beach! We had a fantastic stay at this resort. The property is beautiful and exceptionally clean — our room and the public areas were always immaculate. The beach is gorgeous and perfect for relaxing or a long walk at sunset. What really made our stay memorable was the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly and incredibly helpful. We didn’t realize our booking included the breakfast buffet and ended up missing the first three mornings, but the restaurant manager, Heshan, was so kind and supportive — he comforted us and helped make the rest of our stay feel stress-free. His genuine care and attention really turned that small hiccup into a positive experience. Overall, a lovely resort with excellent service. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning.
