Isla Fuerte All inclusive Holidays

Property is a few steps to the beach. Close to many store, restaurant etc. close distance to ciudad amurallada 15 min driving time and 20 minutes to cruise port manga. Excelent.

We booked a suite. The air-conditions smelled. The view was very good. It was very noisy from 5 am to 11 pm because of the aircraft. The strip of the airport was very near so you could not talk each other when a plane startet. The stuff was friendly but most of them don´t speak english. There were Palm Trees at the beach directly at the Hotel but you couldn´t use the shade of the trees because there were no sun beds, just at the pool. The Hotel have had two Bech bars but they were at no time open. Just the bars at the Lobbys inside, two poolbars (very noisy) and one on the roof top (also very noisy). We booked this Hotel because of the direct access to the beach but we were frustrated because the Hotel gave us no chance to enjoy it.

The property needs some maintenance. The first three days we didn't have hot water in the morning. Some of the straw roofs are in distress.

Beautiful places to stay with the family

We come each year. This year we appreciated the new gym and pool. We thought the breakfasts were better this year with some new vegetables and always a meat option. However, internet seemed much slower this year.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au Sofitel Legend et avons été agréablement surpris par la qualité de l’établissement. Jusqu’à ce séjour, nous n’avions jamais été pleinement satisfaits dans les hôtels Sofitel. Nous occupions une suite junior dans l’aile coloniale (historique). Compte tenu des contraintes inhérentes à la rénovation d’un bâtiment ancien, la chambre était très satisfaisante : la climatisation était parfaitement efficace pour contrer la chaleur extérieure, le matelas (grâce à son surmatelas) offrait un excellent confort, la suite avait une bonne dimension et l’emplacement de l’établissement est parfait pour visiter la ville. À noter toutefois : les chambres donnant sur l’entrée peuvent être bruyantes en soirée, en raison du petit parc situé en face de l’hôtel (la musique s’arrête vers 23 h). Les chaises longues autour de la piscine sont prises rapidement, mais le personnel aide activement les clients à trouver une place, de manière proactive. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est délicieux et particulièrement copieux. Enfin, le service d’Edouardo T., au restaurant, a été irréprochable : avenant, discret et attentif. Son professionnalisme mérite d’être souligné.

The hotel was excellent. Staff was super friendly and very helpful. Food was delicious. Many restaurant choice which is necessary considering how remote the property is. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there relaxing soaking up the sun.
