Excellent staff, very sweet. There was a shopping center right outside the hotel, very great experience. If I come back to Basel I will be staying here again

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,001 reviews)
We stayed at the Hyperion at short notice when our return flight from Basel to the UK was cancelled at short notice. The room was quite small but clean and well-equipped and with a good view to the east. The front desk staff were very helpful with replenishing supplies for the coffee machine in the room and dealing very quickly with a fault on the room safe. We had to leave the hotel at 4:30 am to catch the replacement flight so appreciated the 24 hour front desk service.
