I like location of the hotel. Beds were comfortable. But carpet and sofa by the window was dirty and old. Bathroom could be cleaner. (Clorox smells was so bad).

Love the location and the room size. They're very hospitable and even have discounts for local shops with your stay. Close to everything! Already booked my next stay with them.

Very nice hotel a few blocks away from Times Square. Rooms are very functional and spotless. Staff was very helpful, particularly from the restaurant. Check out is at 11 AM though. Highly recommendable.

Overall the stay was great. It was a place to lay our heads down at night. The Pool is only open until 6 for kids- I brought a Teenager, so after a long day a good swim is what we needed, but no dice! Pool area was kept as clean as it could- the pool staff needs a bit more hospitality training, some lounges were not prioritized for guests of the hotel. Desk help was great from the moment we arrived to when we left. We felt very safe staying there.

Highly recommend this property! We had such a restful experience. Stayed in Room 610 and had a great view! Very Clean hotel, such friendly staff and accommodating! If you’re looking for great shower pressure yup! They got it!! Close to Central Park and a hop skip and a jump to liberty bagels. I would want to stay again. Hopefully sooner than later.

Our family greatly enjoyed the convenience of Empire Hotel. The highlights were: 1) excellent location (scenic, near Central Park and lots of restaurants, convenient access to coffee & shops, etc.), 2) rooftop pool gave our kids a great afternoon option on a super hot lazy day, 3) the staff was kind and responsive. Noting that our room phone did not connect to the front desk (always a busy signal when I pressed the front desk button), but I just called the hotel number from my cell phone and got thru there. Overall I would highly recommend!

We love Loews Regency NYC. The staff is exceptional and the rooms are very comfortable.
