8/10 Very good! (1,007 reviews)
The hotel is old and so it needs a lot of upkeep. The bed was below a massive been which felt very weird to sleep under. The shower plugged up and there was no screens on the window.
The front staff were not helpful. We asked if the water in the room was included and was told no by a woman who seemed very annoyed by us. (FYI, the first 2 bottles are included).
The only staff that were polite and friendly was an older gentleman who helped us store our luggage and the staff helping at breakfast.

10/10 Exceptional! (77 reviews)
The service was impeccable. Location amazing. And the rooms were large with a king size comfortable bed.
