Pleasant hotel on a private site with lovely views. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were overall in need to updating. Worn and stained upholstery dated decor. For the price in high season it was well worth it but they need to overall some fixtures fabrics and furniture to update the property. Could be wow with what they have but right now it’s just okay. Nothing amazing!

I had a wonderful 7-night stay at Residence Carlton and would absolutely stay here again. The location is the biggest advantage. It was the perfect base for exploring the French Riviera and nearby Italy. During my stay I visited Menton, Ventimiglia, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Nice, Antibes, and Èze, all with ease. The train station is only about a 7-minute walk away, making day trips incredibly convenient. Uber was also very reliable, despite some reviews suggesting otherwise. I never had any issues getting a ride and even scheduled an early morning Uber to the airport for my departure. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The rooms are spacious, and most, if not all, have a private terrace, which was a huge plus. Each room also includes a refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, dishes, silverware, and glasses, making it perfect for a longer stay. The beach is just a short walk away. If you want to visit another beach club, it’s an easy Uber ride. Ispent a day at Baïa Bella, which was only about 10 minutes away. Everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other shops. The breakfast buffet was very good, with fresh baguettes, croissants, and pastries delivered daily. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful. What a gorgeous oasis, this hotel is beautiful on every level, it’s so clean and beautifully kept, with lush gardens and tropical planting, relaxing and friendly with a calm atmosphere. Sophia makes this oasis into a paradise place to be, she is so welcoming and kind and works so hard to make this place feel really special. The chefs are always making delicious food for you too. A wonderful bar and pool area for unwinding and relaxing in the sunshine with towels and hats provided. The breakfast, salads and evening meals are freshly made with fresh local produce. The tomatoes are divine. The rooms are super clean with robes, clarins products and plenty of towels. The vaulted ceiling and air conditioning made the room feel cool to come back to after the hot sun of July I would highly recommend this hotel for a special break and we will be back ❤️
