The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture. Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all levels of the team . Enhorabuena! The staff of the hotel are wonderful and helpful. Disappointed in the hotel restaurant As staff never smile or say hello also the evening menu we had was a disappointment too. The breakfast in the hotel is fabulous and the rooms spotless as is the hotel. Pool is great with plenty of shade under the trees. We have returned to this hotel many many times and hope to do so again. Thank you to the reception staff for the friendly welcome.

This hotel was lovely! The staff were so kind and accommodating. The food was plentiful and excellent. The location was central to everything. I loved the decor. Very stylish. Wonderful experience.

Excellent breakfast lots ot choose from, and even English Products :) Staff were friendly, a little noisy in the hotel with doors closing. Beds were comfy and AC was very good in the room

PROS: The hotel itself was very spacious, clean and well designed. The reception staff were extremely helpful and gave us many tips on travel to other towns and restaurants, etc. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone! The hotel is in a really good location, close to the bus stop if you want to take a trip to Tarragona (must see)! Lots of choice for restaurants and ice cream bars, and not far from the Cami De Ronda coastal walk. CONS: The hotel advertises a pool bar, however this was not present during our whole 5 day stay. The TV in the room does not connect to the WiFi as we were told by one of the staff members and instead you have to screen share/AirPlay Netflix or YouTube to the TV…which also doesn’t work. The drain in the shower room had a really terrible smell that hit you as soon as you entered the room and was hard to take a shower because of it.

Lovely property, lovely staff. Great bed! Central location. Safe and quiet. Tastefully refurbished building.
