Andorra Shopping Area All inclusive Holidays

There is no soundproofing for the rooms so street noise is very loud. Would highly suggest you bring ear plugs. Upon arrival a person was at the desk complaining about this and when we were assigned our room we understood the complaint. Staff was kind, breakfast was pretty good, and the pool on the roof is small but the space to seat around the pool is nice.

The staff was so helpful with the ridiculous amount of luggage we had! They were kind welcoming and were eager to help! Great location in Barcelona! We will be back

Staff was terrible

The room was very nice, Staff were friendly and helpful. It was different having large washcloths, and the tub/shower felt weird in design, but it was an adjustment (we were traveling to a different country). The breakfast could have been better, we thought there was a menu and it ended up being a buffet of pastries, toast, some meats and cheeses and a few cooked items. I preferred the bakery that was within walking distance. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back. *if you're from the US, bring an outlet converter! Also, I learned by asking the cab driver to go to the Gothic Quarter that we were already in it. There were so many food options (don't do Crispy Chicken) and just walking around you ran into so much history and architecture that made you feel like you were in a movie as opposed to seeing the buildings and old historic landmarks on TV. So, the hotel's location is 👌.

Staff was terrible

Stunning place, very quiet, Camilla was fantastic and was very helpful with recommendations on place to visit, do and eat nothing was too much trouble.

Our apartment was really nice and quiet with privacy. Very close to the beach. Really enjoyed the area and staff was very nice and accommodating. Pool was also fun and never crowded. I Recommend this place. Very good value for money.
