The staff was very kind. The was very clean. Surprise: A bus is available not far from the hotel for for less than €4, no worries.

The staff of the hotel are wonderful and helpful. Disappointed in the hotel restaurant As staff never smile or say hello also the evening menu we had was a disappointment too. The breakfast in the hotel is fabulous and the rooms spotless as is the hotel. Pool is great with plenty of shade under the trees. We have returned to this hotel many many times and hope to do so again. Thank you to the reception staff for the friendly welcome.

The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture. Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all levels of the team . Enhorabuena! My third time staying here. The first was ten years ago and the second 7 years ago. This stay was the best by far, the lobby and restaurant area are lovely and great to eat at. The spa is amazing! The room had all that I needed. If you’re unsure of the area, it is on quite a residential/local part of Barcelona, so there aren’t much tourists and no night life. The metro runs straight into the centre of the city and only takes 20-40 mins depending on where you want to go. I had noisy neighbours one night and the hotel reception dealt with it immediately. I cannot fault the staff or hotel for anything at all. A great stay for my first solo trip!

Well located and nice hotel, easy transport links, restaurants, night out venues at short distance. We did not have breakfast as we thought it was not varied enough. The only downside was during the last day, we were five people divided in two rooms, we decided to go for breakfast and we came back to rest a bit before leaving, one of the rooms was cleaned 2 hours before the check out time, we never left the sign for the room to be cleaned and we had mot checked out, the cleaner was very angry because we were going to use the toilet. We made a complaint to reception who politely apologised for the inconvenience.

I was charged for a breakfast and cancelled on arrival but still charged. Looking for refund.

Excellent breakfast lots ot choose from, and even English Products :) Staff were friendly, a little noisy in the hotel with doors closing. Beds were comfy and AC was very good in the room

PROS: The hotel itself was very spacious, clean and well designed. The reception staff were extremely helpful and gave us many tips on travel to other towns and restaurants, etc. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone! The hotel is in a really good location, close to the bus stop if you want to take a trip to Tarragona (must see)! Lots of choice for restaurants and ice cream bars, and not far from the Cami De Ronda coastal walk. CONS: The hotel advertises a pool bar, however this was not present during our whole 5 day stay. The TV in the room does not connect to the WiFi as we were told by one of the staff members and instead you have to screen share/AirPlay Netflix or YouTube to the TV…which also doesn’t work. The drain in the shower room had a really terrible smell that hit you as soon as you entered the room and was hard to take a shower because of it.

Ciudad Condal is in such a well connected area, you can get around the city very easily. The staff are incredibly helpful and kind, in particular Ilaria who was so attentive and friendly. Overall a great place for a short stay, just wish there was a communal area away from the room.
