Great customer service. The receptionist was very welcoming and helped us purchase blue and green parking tickets. Breakfast buffet has variety of options. Clean and tidy.
The room is spacious and has a balcony.

Probably the largest hotel room I’ve stayed in, certainly had a wow factor. The hotel itself is impressive with good dining on site. The actual hotel is a little way out of the main shopping and dining streets but still walkable. The staff were a touch clinical and aloof in their manner but I find this can be the case in high end hotels where warmth sometimes lacks
