The location is ideal. Walking distance to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and shopping. The staff were very friendly and professional. We just found the rooms very dark and the AC in one of the rooms was not strong.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was fantastic, attentive, friendly, and always happy to help with recommendations. The location is genuinely convenient, putting you within walking distance of most major sites, with buses and taxis easily accessible for anywhere further out. The one exception was the Colosseum, which was a bit of a hike, but that was a minor gripe in an otherwise excellent location.
A real highlight was being close to plenty of local eateries that haven't been overrun by tourists or inflated in price like the spots right around the big attractions, great food at fair prices, just a short walk away. Highly recommend for anyone wanting an authentic, well-located base in Rome.
