The room was spacious and clean, housekeeping did a great job, and all staff we talked with were spectacular - knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.
The pool and saunas were wonderful. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t working, but that was only a minor disappointment.
The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of Amsterdam Centraal, and allows for easy navigation through the city.

Hotel in a great location, literally by dam square. Hotel is cosy and linen/towels all clean. Breakfast given it was included was decent and set you up for the day.
Rooms are a bit dated but for the price and the location, it was great.

Room set up well, very clean with enough room to store our clothes. Decent coffeemaker. Wonderful view of canal with small balcony to sit out. Staff were excellent! Very helpful in assisting with our luggage up and down the stairs and providing good info on restaurants and nearby activities. Enjoyed breakfast and happy hour! Good location for walking to places
