Well Cleaning was not to the standard , the one who's Cleaning seems having problem in replacing the tooth brush

Slightly underwhelmed with the hotel. Would advise sing more on par with a low 3 star hotel not the 4 advertised. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning was sufficient and frequent. Biggest disappointment was the standard of room. Very small narrow room, small tv with only one English Channel (Sky News). Bathroom not the greatest and low pressure hot water. Air con worked but often blew in cigarette smoke so had to keep turned off. Very noisy rooms with paper thin walls. Regularly woken up in the early hours to roudy drunken guests. On the whole adequate if visiting the city and not planning on spending any time in the hotel other than sleeping. Great location wise but if like us you want a siesta or some down time in the room, this hotel is not really for you. To reiterate, staff really friendly and the highlight of the stay.

Excellent airport shuttle schedule and service. Responsive in chat or calls to questions. Honored preferred room requests. Staff was excellent in demeanor and execution made suggestions locally. Great location if you get caught in a overnight airport stay for a long term stay more than 2 days I wouldnt consider it due to location in a busienss park. Business purposes may be suited to this hotel best. Well designed rooms and amenities. Access to 1 or 2 restaurants in area, not in a neighborhood walkable to pharmacies or supermarkets or bakeries etc.They have excellent staff at reception , maintenance and housekeeping. We encountered a bedding issue and they were responsive. They have a known issue with leakage of water through the slightly misaligned shower door onto the floors where it slightly pools and floods the bathroom.Their resolution is to put towels down to absorb it. Excellent water pressure in shower and rest of the room was clean with an iron in room , no mini bar items provided except water. We only stayed one night but will likely book at other hotels in the el prat area (which we really enjoyed)in a walkable neighborhood with shuttle service. Other hotels are closer to trains and busses and dont require a taxi to go everywhere.

Our bed was enormous…a rarity at most hotels, so that was a plus. We didn’t have a view, per se. But, we did get light so we didn’t care. The temperature of the shower water could have been a bit warmer, but again, we didn’t care. We chose to eat breakfast one morning; we were impressed with the offerings. Our only “negative” was.,,there seemed to be an unpleasant smell in the hallway. Luckily that did not permeate into our room. For us, the location was wonderful!
