Fantastic location, staff really helpful. Rooms clean but basic. No air conditioning was a problem during the hot weather.

We enjoyed the tram stop at the front door, so convenient. Front desk afternoon staff was very helpful

The location of this hotel is excellent and there are many restaurants within walking distance. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because it advertised air conditioning. It was a very hot day when we arrived and the air conditioning unit in our room (not central air) was broken. The hotel sent a man to fix the machine. He literally brought a hair dryer to melt the large block of ice that formed on the inside of the unit. When that didn't work he used an ice pick. It eventually started working, but stopped working and broke down two more times during our three night stay. Our room was hot and that took away from our ability to relax comfortably from the heat. Additionally, the shower head in the shower did not adjust properly and when we asked for it to be fixed the same man who fixed the air conditioner just turned the shower head upside down and then the water sprayed directly towards the wall. All in all, other than the air conditioning issue and shower issue the room was adequate and the bed was comfortable. I just expect a bit more. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

We loved our time at Les Loges Annecy. Perfect location. Incredible room. Peter & Sylvie were charming hosts, welcoming, knowledgable and lots of amusing tales.

The location is fab. The views are worth the walk up the hill. The view will take your breath away. The views from the bedroom were beautiful, clean, comfortable and worth the money. The room was large, and comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious, breakfast was tasty and well stocked. Highly recommend a stay here. Staff were friendly and very accommodating with requests/info about the train back to Zurich. When we stayed the train from ZHB was not in service, however the walk to Selnau station was convenient. The walk from Uetliberg was beautiful and part of the experience.

Beautiful hotel in a gorgeous location with exceptional staff. Not all of the windows have fly screens and there were numerous wasps and other flying insects outside. Because of this I did not feel comfortable to have the windows open, even during the recent heat wave. Appreciate that air conditioning units cannot be fitted due to the age and character of the building but fly screens should be achievable. There was a fan in the room and this helped for me but even so, my laptop got very hot and would not charge. Later when moved to a cool location, it was fine. I would love to visit again but probably not during a heat wave.

We were there for a conference. The hotel was just perfect for our needs - comfortable room, especially with the AC. And the breakfast was lovely.

The air conditioner doesn’t cool enough. We even sleep because the temperature in the room. The explanation they gave us was due to regulations they can drop temperatures below 75 F. We were in others hotels in Switzerland and that wasn’t the case we can manage the temperature even below 70 F. I am not sure about the real reason. I know I have to go to the front desk for them to set the air conditioning to 75 or higher because you won’t see it. I know they did it remotely. Another situation is the ice machine wasn’t working in my floor , I went to a different floor and didn’t work either. If they fix this I would give them excellent
