Great breakfast bar! Room was quiet and clean. Staff at front desk were consistently attentive and helpful

Unusual but excellent hotel.

Location perfect, great breakfast, great staff . Disliked the bathroom and the lack of sound barrier between rooms.

Close to all the good restaurants. A major mall is just a four minute walk away and the metro which circles the city is only a five minute walk

An amazingly good hotel, with a thoroughly professional and helpful front desk staff.

Such a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location. The staff was amazing and even left me a wonderful birthday message and treats. If I ever return to Copenhagen, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

Very comfortable room. There were some issues with the AC. At first it wasn’t cooling the room adequately. That was resolved but then the compressor was quite loud and sounded like it needed some maintenance. A maintenance person I spoke with actually confirmed that the hotel had opted not to replace some components that should have been replaced prior to opening. Hopefully they will address that. Otherwise, very comfortable stay, great location, friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, fair breakfast; needs to rotate/add some items, friendly and helpful staff. Room wasn't expected to be that small for the price I had paid, very limited storage available for unpacked clothes/items, we used our luggage as storage, which mad the room even smaller, bathroom is small too but Ok.
