We had a marvelous time at this property. The team was very kind and the extra touches like sweets, little gifts at turndown were all impressive to say the least. The buffet breakfast was an added bonus before heading out of a day exploring the neighborhood and greater Madrid! Would definitely stay there again.

It is good if you like warm cramped spaces. Freezer frozen, can't place items in. Refrigerator too cold, freezes items. Codes sent didn't work to open door. Rooms containing cubiks has a different code unknown to us if door is closed, locking automatically. If bed above you it squeaks when they move.
Good location and easy access to Metro. Great area for walking sight seeing.

La ubicacion es muy buena, cerca de una estaciond de metro y a pocos minutos de la zona mas turistica. Muchas opciones para comer en la zona. La habitacion comoda, con buen aire acondicionado y silenciosa. No se tiene contacto con staff en el lugar, pero estan disponibles por Whatsapp. Vovleria a quedarme aqui.
