We spent the week at Riu. It was a great hotel. The location is really good. Close to a subway stop. It was clean. Room was comfortable. We had the 2 queens and the pull out sofa. It was perfect. The front desk was good and the bar was good. I will stay here again.

Stayed three nights for May bank holiday weekend.
Beautifully styled throughout, the rooms and public areas were all clean and well maintained.
Staff could not have been more helpful and friendly - particularly notable was how they kept in touch via messages, responding to our questions around the clock. They really seemed interested if there was anything we needed or wanted during our stay.
The breakfasts were fresh and tasty, consisting of well stocked continental buffet offerings and some nice cooked to order egg options. The one night we took dinner here, the à la carte food quality was excellent.
The small Spa facility is a nice additional feature.
We loved the hotel location. It’s an easy walk to the big attractions but is also conveniently close to the parkland of the Villa Borghese, and the riverside of the Tiber. The shopping destinations of the via dei condotti were easy to reach in under fifteen minutes too.
The area around the hotel had a relative sense of calm but we found plenty of restaurants, delis, and convenience stores nearby.
Overall, an excellent stay.
