Excellent Location, friendly staff and good standard room

Hands down the best place we have stayed. They accommodated to go breakfasts for our tours, arranged taxis, made cappuccino when we were heading out the door. Wonderful experience

This hotel is ideally situated, just a short walk from all the main key attractions. We stayed in a classic room and found it more than suitable, it was exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were very attentive, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic breakfast buffet by the way!!

The hotel itself was magnificent with the views and the staff. However it was difficult to have consistent transportation back to the property. The gym was very small.

One of the best and most beautiful properties in Positano, our room was gorgeous and the views were incredible. The staff and services were the best. We were there for our honeymoon and got the biggest surprise from the hotel staff at our room, we had champagne, rose petals and a beautiful note. We recommend this beautiful place and will definitely return.

Excellent Location, friendly staff and good standard room

This was our third stay at your very fine hotel. We enjoyed it very much. The hotel is perfectly sighted for sight-seeing. All the staff were professional, helpful and friendly. However, my wife and I did think that Simonetta and Franco in the bar were exceptionally attentive and we do commend the the service they gave us each evening. They are a real asset to the hotel.

This property was lovely! The shuttle was extremely convenient and saved us so much money on cabs into town. It’s about a 10 minute ride into downtown Sorrento. Breakfast was amazing and the view was INCREDIBLE. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrace and having a drink. Only comments to note would be that the pool and jacuzzi close at 7pm which is quite early when the sun sets around 9pm. Also, the restaurant offerings were quite fancy and expensive so we couldn’t have a casual dinner at the hotel for our more low key days. Service was great and we enjoyed reserving time in the small gym available.

【チェックイン】 ・入り口は道路に面した大きな木製のドア。看板等は無いため場所が分かりにくい。事前にドアの鍵を解除するコードを聞いておくと良い。 ・ドアを抜けるとA棟用のエレベーターがある。貨物リフト用に見えるが使ってOKとのこと。 ・Spagna駅から徒歩で15分かかる。 ・近隣はブランド店が並ぶが夜は早々とクローズしてやや暗くなる。ただし、人通りは夜遅くもそこそこあるのでそこまで問題は無いと思われる。 【滞在中】 ・朝食は前日の夕方までにメニュー表に書き込んでドアノブに掛けておく必要あり。昼間観光などで出かける際は、出かける前に記入しておくと良い。 ・朝食は最早で8:00〜提供。朝早くから出かける場合は注意。 ・朝食メニューは種類少なめ。クロワッサンとシリアル、ドリンク程度。 ・フロントデスクは7:30-19:00くらいまでしかいない。早めに到着して、後でまたチェックインとなる際は、鍵はどこで受け取るかや部屋番号は何か等、注意。 ・アメニティあり。ただしドライヤーは弱かった。 ・部屋、シャワーは清潔感ある。水圧は弱め。お湯が出なかった（ぬるいプールくらいの温度）。 ・部屋は広いのでスーツケースを開けて広げても余裕あり。 【チェックアウト】 ・鍵をフロントに渡すだけでOK。フロントがいない場合は、フロントデスクに置いておけばOKとのこと。 【まとめ】 清潔感があり広々とした部屋で快適ではあるが、水回りや朝食の時間&選択肢の少なさなどが微妙。フロントスタッフは優しく対応してくれた。

Really nice hotel in a perfect location. Breakfast is OK, not great, but definitely adequate.
