The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. Our room was clean and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience.

Great new resort! Our family very much enjoyed out stay. We loved the waterpark, pools, staff, and food. The only negative was the beach/swimming area at the beach. It is very small, rocky, and obviously unnatural. My advice would be to invest some further money into further developing the beach with proper beach sand and pushing the beach further out from shore.

Everything was great the entire stay. Clean rooms staff is amazing especially the 2 bartenders in the lobby Sashelle & Jason!!

This was our first time at this resort. The property has a wonderful feel, set in the Montego Bay area. The location is spacious and the views are both stunning and gorgeous!! The beach is small but the beach access is extremely easy. The amenities are wonderful, and the entertainment is lively and very well-planned. The restaurants offer significant variety and the food is wonderful. But here is the hidden gem - the staff! The staff - customer service staff, restaurant wait staff and housekeeping staff are top notch, professional and very attentive, without being overbearing. This resort is a can’t miss! A true gem of the Caribbean!!!
