Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche All inclusive Holidays

Serras is a beautiful property in a perfect location, and the front desk staff were amazing. The rooftop pool and view were amazing. Unfortunately, the room experience was underwhelming for a five-star hotel. The AC didn’t work on my first night, so I slept in the heat. There was debris on the floor when I checked in, and it was still there after housekeeping serviced the room during my two-night stay. The coffee machine spilled grounds everywhere; I left it open for housekeeping to see, but the mess wasn’t cleaned and the coffee pods weren’t replenished. There was no turndown service on the first night, and I had to ask for water because it wasn’t replenished. I appreciated the front office staff and the property, but I expected much better room maintenance and housekeeping from a five-star hotel.

Clean quiet room with good AC abd helpful staff. Morning breakfast was really good.great location

Beautiful hotel and good location for Seville, staff lovely and very helpful sadly the only down side was the small hotel pool that was very popular so having to wait for a space on a chair on sunbed wasn’t ideal!
