Overall we like the cleanliness of the bedroom/bathroom, towels were clean, staff were helpful, room given to us was an adjoining one, can hear the loud music, good thing it was daytime.

The outside in the lobby of the hotel is really nice. Professional staff. Not enough parking if you’re going to be in town for an event and unless I missed it, I was not expecting to pay $30 to park overnight after paying $170 for a room. Rooms are not the cleanest and they’re outdated.

Everything, in general, was wonderful—the breakfast was exquisite. My regards go out to the entire staff, including all the Dominicans and other Latinos I met; the service at the bar was exquisite, and everyone was truly great. As for cleanliness, I give them 200% out of 100%. This was my first time in New York, and let me tell you: on my next visit, I will definitely return to this hotel—it is perfectly centrally located.

The Hyatt at Grand Central is located in the perfect spot! The hotel staff is always very accommodating and the rooms are clean!

All ok ok. Weird alarm on both nights- rooms are not soundproof. Room needed a rug- just too bare. Breakfast was good. It's not the most lively place. I did like that they had a kettle in the room. That was probably the nicest thing for me.

Everything about this place is excellent: the staff are so accommodating (they helped tremendously with my mom’s accessibility needs), the suite itself is intuitively designed, and the breakfast easily surpassed expectations. We booked last minute after reading glowing reviews online, and we’re so glad we did! The location, staff, and thoughtfully designed spaces made our first stay in Rome such a comfortable, memorable one. We’ll definitely be back!
