Stayed here during fashion week. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The kitchen has everything you need. I also used the laundry room. The food was good for dinner at the restaurant. I did want more options for lunch so I didn’t eat then. There’s a grocery store just downstairs from the hotel. It has everything you could need. I did have to Uber to the places I needed to go which was around $25 one-way for 3 miles but they do have bikes you can rent. I’ll be back!

The staff was lovely. Breakfast was great. Room was big snd clean and very comfortable. Short walk to metro. Long walk to attractions but Hotel Hans was in a neighborhood. On a busy rosd but very quiet. Loved it.

Amazing stay. The atmosphere felt luxurious yet cozy at the same time. The location right beside Tivoli Gardens made everything feel magical. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Truly awful. The 'hotel' is not a hotel, but is a tiny, hot and stuffy apartment that is so small (and this was not the smallest room available to book) that the bed is squashed between a wall and a window - it would be very uncomfortable to share. There is no aircon and yet the area is noisy, so having the windows open at night is impossible and there are very few immediate or shops nearby and nothing whatsoever in the building. The messaging is 'we are friendly' and 'it's like staying with a friend', but there are no staff on site and if you need to contact them because of frequent problems, you will never be given a name and the agent will always refuse to do anything that isn't 'our policy'. In fact incredibly unfriendly. Check in was a nightmare - although completed online as requested, when I got to the hotel late at night, the codes provided didn't work and I had to tailgate someone into the building. For a lone traveller, this could be unsafe - it is not in a good area. After almost an hour, I was told that my (fully paid for) reservation had been cancelled by mistake. The next evening, a 'systems issue' prevented access and it took another hour to get into the room. No compensation or apology was offered. Possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I travel a lot. It's close to a scam.
