Very perfect location at the wharf everything was very walkable. Hotel gave us a 15% off coupon at a few restaurants which we used.

Hotel was located in a great area, with easy access to Fisherman’s Wharf. Staff were very helpful. Parking was easy, though expensive if using the hotel valet service. Room was comfortable and clean. Only downside was an accidental fire alarm at 4 in the morning which meant we didn’t sleep much.

Great location and the hotel has a great vibe. I’d stay here again but note there is a fee of $35 per day after you check out that Expedia didn’t capture.

There were zero VIP options given, wine, upgrade etc. The staff member who checked us in seemed a bit out of sorts. That said the hotel is excellent in decor, location and walkability. Great breakfast nearby at Pinecrest Diner. PLS downstairs had great drinks and happy hour specials.

We enjoyed our 3day stay at Hotel Zetta, and loved the location as well as the games/arcade available for guests! There was complimentary coffee and donuts, and hotel was very clean. We weren’t able to check in early but they held our bags til our rooms were ready.

The faux brick in the bathroom had mildew. Bed sheets had cigarette burns

Great hotel , rooms are little small but other than that everything is top notch!
