The bonus about this place is the shuttle that takes you around the perimeter. The not so good was: The water of the pool was so cold my daughter could not use it .

My stay was great parking was great the hospitality was well above and beyond 👏 caint wait to revisit

The location is great, but the company running the place is very unorganized. I had to call the night before as the check in details were not sent to me, and when i called they couldnt find my reservation. I had to call expedia to get it all sorted out. You are required to register with clear with your id. Also, when i arrived the door handle wouldnt lock so i had to use the deadbolt all the time. In addition the master shower drain is pretty clogged so a 5 minute shower ended up with an inch of water. Plus the ice maker wasnt working. Contacting landong was even more difficult as they basically have no staff. It took almost 24 hours for someone to respond to me. Door also never got fixed as maintenence responded 4 days after alerting landing and they didnt even fix the issue fully. They jammed a screw into the door catch to make it stick out further, when the issue was the entire door was cracked. I probably will not rent anything through landing again unless there is no other option.
