Brilliant location clean warm room easy keyless system great stay

I only have positive things to say about my stay! The staff were more than welcoming and beyond helpful with recommendations and questions. You were always greeted with a smile & a hello. Although rooms are small, the hotel does a great job at keeping them modern & clean! Overall, the stay was amazing and such a great location!

Beautiful grand old hotel.the staff were incredibly helpful and the concierge was always at hand to guide you in the right direction. My room was stunning and had a lovely canal view. Breakfast buffet was very good and had some healthy options, but the best part of the hotel was the wellness spa and the warm pool that made you feel you were under the nights sky. Highly recommend. However, please note the restaurant is closed (although there are bar snacks) and a few elevators weren’t working when I was there.

Wonderful hotel in a great location with so many facilities and exceptional staff - especially Claire who checked us in! Would definitely stay again. Very large rooms

Clean room, friendly staff, great location would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a great option if you want a view of the canals but don’t necessarily need a lot of space. Spent very time in the room but was great. Conveniently located near the tram stop’s and restaurant’s and shopping is a short walk across the street is any direction. Great affordable find!
