Bussum All inclusive Holidays

The hotel smells bad so the staff constantly sprays this air freshener around that smells like bug spray..the towels r frayed and have holes in them..my single room was very small and so was the shower..there is a big hole by the front steps that is dangerous..8 steps to get into the hotel..the breakfast was OK.

We experienced several issues during our stay at the hotel. My room was facing the main street, and there was significant noise because people were shouting outside. The noise could be clearly heard inside the room, which greatly affected our comfort. In addition, we booked three rooms. The air conditioner in Room 116 was not working, while the air conditioners in Rooms 115 and 117 were working perfectly. However, both rooms were also facing the street, so they were affected by the same excessive noise from outside.

Very central and surprisingly quiet room. But the room was tiny the pictures are misleading to show how tiny the room is. The bed had 2 single matts which kept sleeping and I kept ending up in the middle. Then they demanded 50 euros extra for city tax which should be accounted in the price and additional approx 100 pounds for damage deposit? I still haven't received this back and again this demand should be declared. In summary a very central but below average overpriced hotel. 3 stars maximum.

Its a great location especially if going iut in a celebrity cruise or river cruise. They are literally docked right behind and the terminal is right next door. The staff was great my only complaint is that the beds are really hard and may need to ask for additional padding.

great location

This location is good if you want an affordable hotel that’s walking distance from the canal districts and from the De Pijp neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and the room fairly well equipped. Unfortunately we got woken on the first morning, with “do not disturb” on our door, because the hotel plumbing had backed up and the plumbing access was in our room. Not a great start, our shower backed up with water from the sewers and smelled terrible. The hotel did give us a room to shower in for the day which helped and the staff were great. I’d like to have liked this hotel a lot more than we did, unfortunately starting a stay with a plumbing failure affecting the overall stay isn’t going to result in a five-star experience anywhere though.
