Municipality of Uden All inclusive Holidays

We stayed for one night prior to cruise departure. The staff were helpful, friendly. All room and amenities spaces were clean and neat. When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier.

As a solo traveller given a single room, it was an expensive and poor value booking at over 200 Euros. The room had no porthole or window, a small single bed, and there was furniture being scraped across the floor above until 1am. My friends who booked a double room had an altogether different experience, so it really depends on what you book. Otherwise the ship is great - brilliantly restored to its former glory and really interesting to explore; providing a unique hotel experience. The staff were super helpful throughout the ship. The amenities could do with a cafe/coffee shop for just getting tea/coffee. Also, it must be the only place where I've had a buffet breaksfast (which was excellent by the way!), that does not have a toaster!!

Room was huge and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, location was right beside our Cruise ship making boarding so convenient. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good as well

L’hôtel est bien situé pour se déplacer à pied. La chambre de bonne dimension est très propre et la salle de bain moderne. Avec fenêtre au 3e étage mais la vue était affreuse. Malgré notre arrivée très tôt à cause du vol transatlantique, aucune chance d’obtenir une chambre avant 15h. On nous a dit qu’on pouvait s’assoir au salon de l’étage. Nous avons l’habitude de voyager et il y avait plusieurs années que nous n’avions pas eu la moindre possibilité d’obtenir une chambre pour se reposer du long décalage. Les bons hôtels le font de nos jours, même si l’heure officielle est 15h. Le personnel s’est montré intraitable et nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié.
