Beautiful hotel in a quiet, scenic part of the city. The number 9 tram takes you from the Hague central directly to a stop across from the hotel. Hop on that tram again and get to the beach in about 10 minutes. There's a nice grocery store about a 15 minute walk along the canal and through an authentic Dutch residential area. A couple of points: to get on/off public transit requires scanning your bank or credit card. Had I known this in advance, I might have brought a card for transit use only. Also, there's major construction occurring immediately out the back of the hotel. If you're sightseeing during the day, this isn't an issue. BUT, if you're hoping to relax in your room during the day, this might be an issue.

Great location and amazing staff

I liked everything. Beautiful location, very avant-garde, elegant decor, comfortable room with up-to-date, charging capabilities, location excellent easy walk to many places. Festive atmosphere with restaurants and bars. Very high-end restaurants and bars very nearby. Would stay again if I visit Amsterdam.

Such a tech forward hotel, my wife and I had a really nice time staying there. Quiet neighborhood too, close enough to transit (tram 5 is right there, Amsterdam Zuid station is a 7-10 min walk). The staff are super helpful too

Very close to metro station & ah. Far enough from the chaos for quiet nights, nice size rooms. Free laundry was a big perk!

Everthing was perfect

The staff was very attentive. The decor and vibe was fantastic. We loved the proximity to the Anne Frank museum as well as to the 9 street shops, The breakfast was great and even included Champagne if you desire!

Pros So the actual property is great, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However that's about it. Cons Unless you are coming for business within the Hoofdorp area or during the tulip season this hotel is very far from everything almost in the middle of nowhere. It's about 45-60mins via Uber to the station then the train to get to Amsterdam central. There is a shuttle that you have to pay for to leave the hotel but it's free to return with it at the designated locations.... We would have waited for the shuttle at the times given even waiting 10 to 20mins more to get back to the hotel multiple times and it never showed. We ended up using Uber as it was more reliable which ended up being very expensive for our 6 day stay to and from the station. Breakfast - is the same exact thing over and over. Imagine eating the same thing for 6 days in a row. It's very basic and nothing unique or original. Dinner - the restaurant kitchen closes promptly at 10pm. Because the hotel is in the middle of nowhere with no food places in walking distance we had to order pizza or something else. The menu for dinner is also very basic. Overall it was a good stay but was disappointed in the food and location.

I was initially a bit unsure about booking this hotel since it’s a metro ride from Amsterdam Centraal, but it turned out to be a great choice. Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and high‑tech throughout. The metro station is only a five‑minute walk away, and the surrounding area feels safe and well‑lit, even at night. Staff were attentive, friendly, and genuinely helpful during our stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would definitely stay here again.
