The hotel was nice, but outside the main part of the city, so couldn’t really just step out and see or do much. But, that being said, we were right beside the bus and train station, so very convenient.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was not at the level of the hotel. Limited menu was made smaller by unavailable choices. The Basque Chicken, which was supposed to be sous vide, was still frozen meaning they couldn’t serve it. Portions were exceptionally small even by European standards. Fries arrived cold but they quickly replaced them when this was pointed out. There were very few patrons in the restaurant which may reflect the quality and value of the food served.

The room was nice and the location of the hotel is good, although be prepared for some outside noise as the front looks onto bars and fast food places.
The swimming pool, whilst a nice facility was a bit strange with a mixed changing room and infra red sauna, but it all felt a bit unloved.
