Pool area was amazing, personel , breatfast was so good !!! Very outstanding option in Marrakesh !!

When you call the front desk from your room the lady who answers does not speak English at all and keeps saying “ok 5 minutes” but a gentleman at the reception Nouseif really assisted us nicely. Breakfast was too overwhelming with everyone scrambling for food. Too much rush at the food counter and everyone is panicking.

Beautiful resort, but the hospitality needs improvement I recently stayed at Iberotel Makadi Beach, and while the resort itself is stunning, there were a few experiences that left me disappointed. Pros: The environment is serene and well-kept. The beach was absolutely breathtaking — crystal clear water and soft sand made for a perfect escape. My room was phenomenal — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a 5-star setup in terms of accommodations and scenery. Cons: The food was just average, especially considering this is supposed to be one of the top Jaz resorts. I expected better variety and quality. One major issue I encountered was the attitude of the staff. As someone from the Middle East, I felt there was a noticeable lack of warmth and hospitality extended toward me and others like me. The difference in how we were treated compared to European guests was very clear, and frankly, disheartening. The resort atmosphere is also extremely quiet and geared toward older guests. If you’re looking for fun or youthful energy, this may not be the right spot. Another major downside is the location — it’s quite isolated. If you want to explore or go anywhere, you’ll have to rely on taxis, and unfortunately, they tend to overcharge, especially when they know you’re a tourist. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Resort in Hurghada Without a Doubt Sunrise Crystal Bay is hands down the best resort I’ve ever stayed at in Hurghada. From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. The resort is beautiful, well-maintained, and offers a true luxury experience from start to finish. If you’re planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking in the Posh Club. It takes your entire experience to another level. Exclusive areas, premium service, total relaxation. It made our trip unforgettable. What really made the stay special was the service. Huge shoutout to Hussien. This man genuinely cares. He looked after me and my family like royalty and made sure everything was perfect. He’s professional, kind, and on top of every little detail. Hussien is simply the best of the best. If you’re thinking about booking Sunrise Crystal Bay, do it. You’ll be glad you did. Already counting down the days until we return. Five stars all the way.

The property made our honeymoon special by greeting us with rose petals and roses upon entry to our rooms at the Hotel. They accommodated us free of charge with early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff save and except the attendants at the “boutique” who were piggish with nasty attitudes. They ought to be changed or fired immediately as they brought down the general management and pleasantness of the otherwise perfect experience. Will recommend anyone to visit but stay away from the gift shop masking as a boutique with terrible staff and service.
