"Stayed three nights in July with an all adult group. Great staff and great breakfast. Hotel worker every morning making omelettes outside during breakfast hours. Quite a hit with the group I was travelling with. Rooms a little smallish, but tastefully decorated and well maintained. Hotel exceeded expectations. Maybe 10 minute walk to Duval Street or Hemingway House."
"This was our second time visiting, we had a great time and the room was beautiful with an ocean view, we spend a good time at the pool, went out dining and enjoyed a beautiful morning at the beach, the Staff was great at checking and we like the restaurant at the resort. We will be back"
"Check in could have been better. We arrived early and was told we would be notified when our room was ready but no one notified us. I had to check again on my own after waiting for hours in the lobby. Room was clean, but the bathroom door handle came off when I tried to close the door, the sink had a poor drain, elevator didnt work, no ice machine nearby you have to go to lobby to request ice, and no microwave anywhere on premises. The private beach, pool, and hot tub were awesome and they did...
"Beautiful property, restaurant was great, only thing to be aware of is that the location is really not that close to anything so you are limited to the shuttle provided by hotel to downtown Key West or utilize uber/lyft.
Also, we did not take advantage of the free rental for kayak or paddle boarding as the water was very brown and smelled."
