Amazing hotel. Staff from reception to cleaning stuff were all great, everyone said hello. Always came in to a made bed. Pool up top is great for the heat. AC worked perfectly. Washroom was always clean. Would definitely stay here again when I come back to Sevilla :)

The air conditioner was amazing for a HOT summer in Sevilla. The area was walkable and the staff was great- we were greeted with drinks and they took care of our taxi requests during our stay. The only drawback was getting a hold of an iron. The room was nice and we had daily service but it was a shame we didn’t have an iron in our room.

Had a mini break in Seville & this hotel made the holiday extra special. Staff were very friendly and professional. Hotel was exceptional in decor, location, ambiance. We were upgraded to a superior room on arrival and loved the luxury and superb comfort of the room. I am definitely recommending to friends and family to stay here if they visit Seville. Many thanks to all the staff at the Hotel - your care and respect of our custom was very much appreciated.

The description of the room we booked indicated city view but there is not even a single window. When we asked, no one could help us or answer why or offer a different room. Will think twice before staying here again.

I don’t like to make reviews because is time consuming. This one is because i arrived and didn’t wanna go out at all. Was so cozy and they let me make check out at 2. Madly in love with this place.
