Location is great. Public transportation nearby.

Extremely clean and beautiful hotel rooms. Bathrooms and beds were premium quality. Front desk was very helpful and provided excellent tips for local laundry and getting to train station. Excellent stay and great location. Walking distance to ferry and multiple restaurants. The staff was very helpful and extremely responsive when messaged on WhatsApp. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The wait staff was kind. Rooms were cleaned well daily and the front desk quickly responded to any requests. We had a very early checkout and they even packed takeaway breakfast for our trip to the airport. I would definitely stay again.

Beautiful hotel, Room was fairly spacious for Europe and the bathroom was well designed. Staff were gracious and kept us access our room earlier than check in time. Location can’t be beat right outside a tram and Metro stop.My only minor complain is that the weren’t very soft! I stayed in two other similar range hotels on this trip and this place needs to upgrade their linens! That being said, I would stay here again and recommend to friends going to Milan.

This hotel is located in a convenient and safe location close to shopping, food, and attractions.

Clean, lots of storage room, comes with an oven! Location maybe a little out there from the city center but there’s grocery stores, restaurants, cinema and gym next door.

Didn’t like the proximity to the nightclub next door with loud music. However clean and well located hotel.

Great service and very clean. I used it for business and everything was comfortable and convenient. Shopping, food, and any supplies you need. Also nearby main hub train station. Shuttle was 70 with tip CH.

I had mistakenly booked my room for the day i would be leaving rather than arriving. But the clerk changed it for me and provided a room. I was very grateful for this. However, the room was extremely small and hot even by European standards. The location was fantastic, at only 5 minute walk from the train station, but the quality of the accommodation was below what it should have been for the price.

AC did not work, it was quite hard to sleep at night for summer trip in June. Breakfast was decent

Love the aesthetic. Beautiful area and easy to see the whole city. Close to Zurich HB train station so you can ride the train anywhere.
