The absolute most helpful and kind staff!!! The apartments are beautiful, quiet, safe and in a great location in central Sofia. The staff went out of their way to help when my flight was delayed and arranged a driver and contacted my tour company so I could still go to Rila Monastery the next day. They truly went above and beyond. Would definitely only stay here again when I come back to Sofia!

The two young receptionists were hiding behind the monitors and not bothering to welcome us for more than 5 minutes.I am Bulgarian native and love the progress that is happening in this small country but they need a real change of attitude if they want to be a part of the West

The 1st room smelled of weed, so they had to change it. 5* hotel - no napkins in the room. Receptionist was like somebody was forcing to do her job: your passport please, here are the room keys, that’s all she said. The only positive was the Captain Cook restaurant - top notch!
