8.6/10 Excellent! (1,003 reviews)
The rooms were so warm and they did not have independent Air-Conditioning anywhere. They said open the window. But the window was a door and opened like a window as well and we didn’t know that.

9/10 Wonderful! (568 reviews)
This is a very nice hotel, not too far from Hamburg centrum and close to where we needed to be. I will be very pleased to return one day.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (1,007 reviews)
Stunning building, lovely big room with fantastic facilities- great coffee, tea & cold drinks, quality bathroom products. Comfortable beds, soft towels, heavy curtains that block the light & really quiet room. Couldn’t hear a single person or a door slam. Breakfast was amazing & staff were really polite & attentive.
