Room was clean, spacious and bathroom was perfect. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help you. Would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. The location is perfect near to absolutely everything. A perfect stay thank you for everything!

Room was large and very spacious, The amenities and location were perfect for our vacation. Would have like few additional water bottles but apart from that it was perfect. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help and morning breakfast was really good.

Beautiful grand old hotel.the staff were incredibly helpful and the concierge was always at hand to guide you in the right direction. My room was stunning and had a lovely canal view. Breakfast buffet was very good and had some healthy options, but the best part of the hotel was the wellness spa and the warm pool that made you feel you were under the nights sky. Highly recommend. However, please note the restaurant is closed (although there are bar snacks) and a few elevators weren’t working when I was there.

The bathroom and the room were dirty, there was no toilet paper. The service was terrible.
