Red Sea Coast All inclusive Holidays

We are a family of four and went with another couple. We had such a great time, the property is small but immaculate, everything from the rooms, the pool and the grounds were so well kept. It was a quieter hotel and we would have liked more music and activities by the pool and of an even wing everything wraps up about 10pm. A huge shout out to the animation/ entertainment team who really made our whole vacation, they were so friending and inclusive and were brilliant with the kids day and night… especially Alberto who was our absolute favourite and made our trip so much fun. We loved this property but the best thing is the staff who couldn’t do enough for you. We will be back!

Beautiful resort, but the hospitality needs improvement I recently stayed at Iberotel Makadi Beach, and while the resort itself is stunning, there were a few experiences that left me disappointed. Pros: The environment is serene and well-kept. The beach was absolutely breathtaking — crystal clear water and soft sand made for a perfect escape. My room was phenomenal — clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a 5-star setup in terms of accommodations and scenery. Cons: The food was just average, especially considering this is supposed to be one of the top Jaz resorts. I expected better variety and quality. One major issue I encountered was the attitude of the staff. As someone from the Middle East, I felt there was a noticeable lack of warmth and hospitality extended toward me and others like me. The difference in how we were treated compared to European guests was very clear, and frankly, disheartening. The resort atmosphere is also extremely quiet and geared toward older guests. If you’re looking for fun or youthful energy, this may not be the right spot. Another major downside is the location — it’s quite isolated. If you want to explore or go anywhere, you’ll have to rely on taxis, and unfortunately, they tend to overcharge, especially when they know you’re a tourist. We had an incredible stay at Meraki Resort! The food was absolutely delightful, with a variety of delicious options that made each meal a joy. We especially enjoyed the best pizza and cocktails from Ahmed at the beach bar—definitely a highlight of our trip! The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. We also loved the activities, particularly snorkeling and the safari, which provided unforgettable experiences. A huge thank you to Abdul and Karim for their exceptional guidance and hospitality during these adventures! The resort itself was impeccably tidy and clean, creating a lovely environment for relaxation. I wholeheartedly recommend Meraki Resort to everyone looking for a fantastic getaway. We can’t wait to return for a longer stay, and if possible, we would love to stay in the same room again!

What a fantastic holiday, first time in Egypt and certainly not the last! The staff were absolutely brilliant, couldn't do enough for you and the food was fantastic.

We had a great time as a family of 5 in the resort for ten nights. There is plenty to do with the kids including aqua aerobics, Zumba, volleyball, tennis, mini golf, belly dancing and a wide choice of swimming pools and water slides (we counted 11 in total). Drinks and refreshments were easy to reach and the main restaurant offers great variety and options. We also used the kids club and went to the kids disco at night which is very popular with young ones. Big thanks to Gazza and Kimo for all the entertainment, Fayza and her colleague for the massage and Mostafa for the great service at the Fellucca restaurant. And thanks to the room service team for the special towel arrangements in the shape of a birthday cake for our son’s 10th birthday! The only thing we missed was a good cup of coffee. There was not a decent cup of tea or coffee anywhere to help caffeine-fuelled parents!! An easy win if the resort could fix that. Strong recommendation to make sure you bring enough sun cream. We ran out and bought a local cream which although it stopped us burning, it gave us a rash and the kids’ skin was stinging. We ended up spending a lot for a European brand. We really had a good time.

Views are amazing, rooms are spacious, friendly staff. Food very bland though.
