The rooms are to small, the food had no seasoning nor taste. There was no turn down service. Most staff didn’t know English and over all value not worth the money I paid to stay there. Would I recommend this hotel to my colleagues friends or family NO!

Fantastic stay. Great food, great drinks, amazing buffet, rooms really clean. Great gym, pools and great beach.
The only things I’d improve would be around reservations for a large group - we were in a group of 11 and we were initially separated across multiple buildings within the complex, and we were asked to provide menu choices a week in advance for the three à la carte restaurants which were changed multiple
times by the hotel and we found we spent days back and forth with the hotel on food choices.

"Not sure how this sells and charges as a 5-star hotel as there is nothing of that level on site. The rooms are tatty, furniture is old.
