Every aspect of our stay reflected a commitment to excellence. The interiors exude timeless grandeur, combining classic Italian luxury with refined attention to detail. The rooms were beautifully appointed, immaculately maintained, and offered the perfect balance of comfort and opulence. The service throughout was exemplary. Every member of staff demonstrated genuine professionalism, warmth, and a dedication to ensuring that every moment of our stay was memorable. Nothing was too much trouble, and the level of personalised attention elevated the experience far beyond that of a typical five-star hotel. The facilities are equally impressive. The magnificent spa, elegant pool area, and superb dining options create an atmosphere of pure indulgence, allowing guests to relax and unwind in absolute comfort. What truly sets Parco dei Principi apart is its sense of understated class. There is a rare feeling of exclusivity and refinement throughout the property, reminiscent of a bygone era of luxury, yet delivered with all the comforts expected of a world-class hotel.

Best thing was the great location

Best part was the location. It was walkable from key tourist spots as well as from bus stops. We would stay here again only for that reason. Room and property were clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Only one little complaint is that the door handles on the closet door were utterly useless. Opening the closet doors was a pain.

Glorious property, 3-Star food, 5-star service.

This hotel is vastly underrated. It was very reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the same class. We were able to book the presidential suite, which is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, for less than the price of a tiny room at another hotel. The location is perfect - we were less than a ten-minute walk to the Colosseum. The restaurant (A Casa Tua) was also fantastic. I can’t recommend this hotel strongly enough.

This hotel is located 150m to a train stop which is 1 stop away from the main train terminal station which allowed us to navigate the city and visit the historical sites easily. The hotel and our pleasantly cooled AC equipped, quiet room was very clean with many included essentials, excellent in room coffee and a comfortable bed. The breakfast selection of hot and cold food was beyond our expectations. Will stay here again when we visit Rome in the future. The only disappointment was that the pool was out of commission during our stay.

The suite was great! The location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely will be back some day.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful central location in the heart of historic Rome. Everyone is gracious, helpful and polite, Our room was lovely, and the property is wonderfully maintained. Elizabeth Unique is situated on a narrow quiet side street near Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso. The breakfast was wonderful, and we enjoyed dining on the terrace in the morning. Service is given with a smile and good humor. 5 star beauty, 5 star location, 5 star staff. No hesitations.

Loved the property and the gardens. Great breakfast options and you could sit on the terrace if it was nice. Lovely part of Rome to stay in with great transport options.

We chose this hotel mainly for its excellent location, but unfortunately the overall experience did not match what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The room was extremely small, and housekeeping was disappointing. During our stay, the room was never actually cleaned—they only made the beds and changed the towels. There was visible dust and dirt near the headboard that remained throughout our stay. The biggest issue happened on checkout day. The night before, we asked about getting a taxi to the train station and were told there was no need to book one in advance. The next morning, we were told it would take 30 minutes for a taxi to arrive. We nearly missed our train and had to pay 100 euro for an Uber to make it on time. The advertised amenities were also disappointing. The meeting room was essentially nonexistent, the jacuzzi/spa was out of service, the patio had nothing to offer, and there was no suitable place to take an online work meeting. The breakfast was also overpriced for the quality and selection offered. Every night, loud noise from nearby bars continued until around 2–3 a.m., making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, but overall this hotel does not feel like a 4-star property. If location is your only priority, there are better-value hotels nearby.
