Belgian Ardennes All inclusive Holidays

Great hotel. TINY (and I mean TINY) rooms- especially those on the ground floor. But staff was great and the location was fantastic. And value was fair.

Stayed 2 nights facing the river room. Very roomy and AC was working really nice, as Europe was experiencing unusual heat wave. Location is one of the best place to stay.

Staff was great. The hotel had the vibe of going back in time which was cool. The property is older and in need of some updating. Our sink and tub didn’t drain properly and some persistent sewer odor was bothersome. The economy room was very small for two people to maneuver in. Breakfast was ample. The location was great—a bit away from tourist areas which was nice.

Room was clean, comfy bed but pillows were quite small. Staff were very pleasant and gave lots of advice about our time in Bruges. There was an issue with hot water before we checked out which unfortunately prevented a morning shower, which was a shame, but nothing the hotel could do. Amenities were fantastic, and the hotel was really nicely located.

Beautiful hotel with stunning décor and elegant interiors that give it a warm, luxurious atmosphere. Every area of the hotel is beautifully designed and impeccably maintained. The staff were excellent—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel well looked after throughout our stay. A wonderful experience, and I would happily return.
