9/10 Wonderful! (230 reviews)
The room was large and very nice with great amenities. We also really enjoyed going to the private and shaded garden with a glass of wine to relax in peace and quiet.

9.4/10 Exceptional! (769 reviews)
We were amazed with this hotel; probably the best hotel experience we have had in a long time. The staff were amazing from the second we arrived to the time we left. The rooms and facilities are first rate. The hotel is in the perfect location for Bruges.
We will definitely come back mainly because the staff were so fantastic.
Well done!

8.8/10 Excellent! (518 reviews)
Loved our stay in the cutest 1 bed/1 bath room. It had the cutest balcony overlooking the street, wonderful complementary snacks and great European vibe. The location was great and close to restaurants, bars, and the train. Highly recommend!
