Northern Stockholm County All inclusive Holidays

The breakfast and dinners were amazing. I was not expecting such a selection because these meals were included with the room. The staff helpful and friendly. They spoke great English.

The room was clean but a little dated and tired looking. There was very little storage space, especially for a week-long stay. The room was well equipped with robes, iron, microwave (but no plates or cutlery), fans and a portable radiator but because these were stored in the wardrobe it left very little hanging space. There were no drawers for storing items out of sight which was a shame. Breakfast (included in the price) was good. The food on offer was fresh and tasty and there was a reasonable choice. The staff were all very polite and helpful and spoke very good English. A big plus was the location; the central railway station, metro and trams were all within a 5 minute walk as was the Arlanda Express which we used to get to and from the airport. Despite the central location, we didn't notice any noise at night. Overall, we had a good stay and I think this hotel would be a great choice as a base for sight seeing.

Great service and staff

Staff is okay but a reception guy who helped with our check in is honestly very serious instead of being kind. Room doesn’t have a city view as indicated on Expedia and the staff said they would report (hopefully), but anyway it’s disappointing. We didn’t try the breakfast buffet as it’s a bit pricy however the too good to go they provided is basically the worst I have ever had with mushy cucumber and rotten cheeses - kids really couldn’t eat them.
