Courteous attentive staff, very efficient... Extremely clean room convenient to most of the landmarks in Rome ,,,,would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at the TB in April and would definitely return. The staff are lovely and available to help with anything anytime (although our requests were limited to transportation and dinner recommendations). The hotel is beautiful and our room was serviced each day. It was ready when we arrived at midday and the extra beds for our girls were made up on arrival. There is a great breakfast available each morning in their restaurant which is set up as a breakfast room with a buffet and staff are on hand to make coffee and take any special orders. We did not eat at the restaurant in the evening but had wine in the little roof bar. The location could not be better - 2 blocks from the Spanish Steps and walking distance to all the other main sights. We walked everywhere except one rainy morning when a taxi made more sense. There are great restaurants within a couple of blocks as well as the main shopping streets whic makes wandering home after a day of sightseeing fun. The best gelato we have ever had was right around the corner. Highly recommend this hotel!

Fantastic hotel. It was in a really glam location and stunning inside. The staff were super helpful too. If I went to Rome for a second time I’d definitely book this hotel again.

The staff was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had and providing recommendations for restaurants and directions. The rooms and property were always clean. Breakfast provided many choices da and was always well stocked. The breakfast bone moves quickly and efficiently. The frosted glass shower/bathroom wall” was NOT an issue as the person in the bathroom could only be seen as a “blob.”

We just returned from an incredible stay at this hotel. 1. The staff was extremelyfriendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond and couldn’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. 2. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Housekeeping promptly cleaned it each and every day. 3. The breakfast buffet had some thing for everyone. It was very convenient to have this right here in the hotel and a great start to our day. 4. Air-conditioning worked very well. You do need to leave the card in for the room to have power, the only downside to this is that we were not able to charge devices while we were not in the room. 5. The rooftop is beautiful. It was a great place to hang out and enjoy the weather. Mark was wonderful and provided us with cocktail/drinks. 6. The location couldn’t have been better. I would recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a stay in Rome.

This is a beautifully appointed, pristine hotel. The food and wait service was excellent, very friendly and attentive. Also appreciated the creative art work and furnishings. This hotel is in a great location, walkable to everything. Highly recommend!

The whole Hotel was excellent from the greeting at the front, to the room, spa and gym facilities and the bar area. The bar staff were attentive and super friendly, the food was delicious. The location of the Hotel is excellent, it is close enough to be able to comfortably walk to everything, but also has the openess to not feel like it is in the middle of a very busy city. This will be my favourite hotel in Rome.

All in all, good experience - I'll come back.

family had a great stay at the Riu Hotel Manhattan. The location is a 10/10. It is in a busy area but just steps from Times Square and surrounded by great restaurants. Serendipity is right next door, Dilli Dilli is just up the street, and there are plenty of street vendors nearby, which made grabbing food easy and fun. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The snack shack and breakfast were both excellent, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning. The only downside was the elevator situation, especially when trying to get to breakfast. Each day, we waited around 20 to 25 minutes for an elevator. Guests have to go to the first floor, wait in line, and then are taken up to the fifth floor to be seated as space opens. This setup ties up the elevators and causes long delays. I was traveling with my mom, who had a strained muscle, so taking the stairs was not a realistic option after the first day. A better system might be to move the breakfast line to the fifth floor and adjust the space to accommodate it, which could help reduce elevator congestion. The room itself was small and basic, but that did not matter much since we were rarely in it. Overall, great location, great staff, and great food. Just be prepared for possible elevator delays during breakfast hours.
