Servicio muy bueno, check in muy bien. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido, es muy viejo. El baño le falta mantenimiento y más limpieza a profundidad, estaba un poco empolvado y manchas blancas... cuando quite la cobija de adorno que va en la cama salieron 2 mini bichitos. El segundo día no nos quitaron la taza sucia ni el vaso... el desayuno muy bien y excelente servicio aunque falta un poco de variedad en proteína. La ubicación muy buena, cerca de un Mercadona y la estación del metro. Las paredes son un poco delgadas y se escuchan los ruidos de los otros huéspedes cuando llegan a su cuarto. Las almohadas son muy muy delgadas. Lo ideal sería tener smart TV o mínimo poder cambiar el audio de la televisión.

An excellent hotel in a quiet, safe area of Madrid. The staff were courteous, helpful and very accommodating.
The room is clean, modern, and very spacious but the bathroom is a little bit dated.
