Had a wonderful time, staff and service were amazing

For the price we paid to stay at the Rio I expected much better. Several times it well over 15 minutes to get hot water in our room. Several times the television had a blank screen and had to be unplugged and plugged back in several times. Finally the food options at the Rio were extremely overpriced.

The carpets in the hallway are coming up I almost tripped on it. The carpet is very dated, elevator sounded like it would break down. There was a couple fighting in the hallway. The rooms smelled very clean, casino was very clean and inviting. Plenty of places to grab a bite. My vehicle was broken into only my registration and mail was stolen in the parking garage on the 4th floor. I did not report it because there are signs that said they aren’t responsible. Beds were comfortable showers were nice.

Great spot for veterans

One plus would help the higher floors would be to gave cell phone access. Missed calls and only able to call out if standing next to the windows, with out using wifi.

Spacious, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms. Looks like an apartment

It has a smaller more comfortable feel for being on the Vegas strip. Central to the fun if you want it, but also quiet relax time if you don’t.

Check in process was horrible. The lines were extremely long and not fast moving.
