Limited restaurant choices. Difficult to view menus on tv except for a couple of restaurants

Though this place is away from strip, I like the fact that it is. No rush of people around. This place is big with several pools and they have 2 hot saunas right next to the adult only pool which is nice! There’s a breakfast/ diner in the premises. A bit pricey but convenient. Several other restaurants as well. I saw the Wow show which was wonderful! I recommend. I wish I did the mystery dinner. Looks like a lot of fun. There’s a Smash burger in the facility as well. I love the luckily restaurant which had oyster happy hour! There is a lot in this Rio resort. The rooms are huge! Very clean and all the amenities like shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap, and body cream too. Not disappointed.

had a great overall experience at the Wynn and truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are well-maintained, and the atmosphere is exactly what you would expect from a luxury property. However, there was one significant issue that affected our experience. On the morning of our checkout day, we approached the front desk to ask if it would be possible to stay in the room for a few extra hours, as our flight was not until 11 PM. We completely understand that the answer could be no, and that late checkout is not always available. That said, the way the request was handled was very disappointing. The response we received was not polite and came with a noticeable negative attitude. There was eye-rolling and an unwelcoming tone, which felt very unprofessional and not aligned with the level of service we expected from a hotel of this standard. We asked to speak with a front desk manager, who was more pleasant, but unfortunately no solution or accommodation was offered. Aside from this interaction, everything else was excellent. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as service at the front desk plays a big role in the overall guest experience.

My favorite hotel I've stayed at in Vegas so far. Felt like a true oasis, and the spa was fantastic.

What breakfast? There isn’t even a real lobby with chairs and coffee. This was the most Motel hotel I’ve stayed in ever. All there is is a casino that I noticed. Every last food or drink place had an insufferable line of doom. The windows were so dirty that you couldn’t imagine more dirt hanging on to that slick surface of you tried. That free parking though. Mint. Unless you don’t get the memo and try to walk to your car from outside. Good luck with that.

Loved it. Great room, great location, good value
