A Very Pleasant Stay in Milan I really enjoyed my stay at Uptown Palace. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay, and the location is very convenient, with the underground just a few minutes’ walk away. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The restaurant is on the 13th floor and has glass windows all around, so you get beautiful views across Milan while having breakfast. It was a lovely way to start the day and definitely one of the things I enjoyed most about the hotel. Overall, I had a very nice stay and would definitely choose Uptown Palace again the next time I’m in Milan. A good hotel, convenient location and a really enjoyable breakfast experience.

A great choice for an adults only stay in Riva del Garda. Close enough to the action, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle of the town. Great, helpful staff and a lovely breakfast. Pool was also great, with happy hour every day at 4.30pm!

Amazing Property and Spa, My second time there and I will be back. Lake Garda is amazing area and this hotel is icing on the cake. Every part of this hotel is a 5 star experience. Always sad when I have to leave. The overall design if this property is second to none. Also has an Amazing Breakfast!

This hotel was outstanding. Everything was so well thought out to make life easier. They even booked us a car park spot in Garda town for free one evening. Staff - exceptionally friendly and helpful. Just a chilled out pleasant place to stay. Very popular with our German cousins, many who brought their well behaved and adorable doggies. Nice people, smart hotel without being stuffy. Cannot recommend enough!

Accidentally lucked out. Right behind, and related to, the luxurious Villa Serbelloni Hotel, my apartment had a fridge, a stove, a patio overlooking the lake and ferocious air conditioning, which only works when the windows are sealed! Close to everything, but clean and quiet. Two minute walk to the Serbelloni terrace for an aperol spritz. Perfect.

The staff was amazing and provided excellent service throughout our stay however, the carpet in the rooms were old and even had hairs in certain areas. One of our rooms had a used towel from a previous guest I am assuming behind the bathtub. Food was really good too! Please update the carpets in the rooms!!!! 15 minute drive from Lugano central.
