This location was beautiful. Staff amazing! Breakfast buffet the best, I’ve ever had. The lobby and surrounding grounds amazing. Great room! Highly recommend.

All Staff were incredibly lovely and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel in general was lovely and in a great location. The cleaning staff could pay a little more attention when cleaning the rooms but other than that, it was a great stay! Reception staff were wonderful!

Room didn’t feel clean, hair on the ground, dirty around the bed. No towels in the room. Light bulbs not working. I felt like staff were overworked and couldn’t keep up.

The location, roof top pool/bar and beautiful room/amenities were perfect for our short stay in Funchal. Easy private parking was also a plus as we had a car to explore the island.
