The place was very clean, new and welcoming, the location central and close to everything. But most importantly, the office staff were very helpfull, friendly and caring.

No breakfast provided. Room is excellent but a little noisy.

There is no no Shower curtain and the door was damaged.

Great location, great staff, comfortable rooms, beautiful views.

The hotel is modern and the rooms are lovely. We were very impressed with the level of professionalism of the staff. The front desk and restaurant staff were fantastic and helpful. Highly recommend!! The only caveat is the parking garage. Extremely difficult to maneuver a car, and we scraped the side and damaged our car.

The property is absolutely stunning and staff are so gracious.

Wonderful hotel. Very helpful staff- they helped arrange a Duoro valley tour on Jan 1st, when our other tour guide cancelled at the last minute. The room was spacious, with nice bathrooms. The best part was the indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Plus it was in the heart of the city, so we walked to all the local destinations. Highly recommend.
