9.4/10 Exceptional! (366 reviews)
The best things about this hotel are (1) the wonderful staff, most friendly and helpful, (2) the comforting multipurpose living/dining room/open kitchen, (3) the Bairro Alto neighborhood, with delightful surprises at every turn.
The disappointments are (1) the lack of views, despite the hotel’s name, (2) our tiny room with practically zero space/hangers for personal items or movements, and (3) what little surfaces the room has were taken over by senseless knick-knacks.
An area for easy improvement would be the breakfast: fresher breads with more variety.

Good hotel overall. Good breakfast, I would recommend placing the bacon and eggs in different warming containers
