The location is great! In front of the port and near the train station.

Our apartment was very spacious and stylishly decorated, with direct access to the garden and pool. The fridge was stocked with milk, yoghurt, cheese, ham and jams. Every morning, you received bread and a small pastry. However, it might have been nice to have a bit more variety for breakfast. The location was good for us. It’s out of the very centre of Lisbon, but it is located just 10/15 minutes walk away from the old area of Lisbon.

This is a very beautiful hotel. This is my second time coming to this property. If you get a high floor corner room the views are exquisite.

The hotel has a very good SPA, nice swimming pool and 2 saunas. The breakfast is very good as well.

Pros: One of the few properties that had heat and hot water at any time of the day. This 3star hotel is directly across the sanctuary making it an excellent location. For a fee it has patron parking at rear of hotel and offers continental breakfast. Staff were great and very helpful. They offered dessert and a beverage near the lobby desk every day. Cons: It could be 3.5 star hotel or better if the main carpeted areas were clean or replaced along with the dingy bedroom furniture.

The breakfast was rich with a lot of varieties. They were very kind to provide us with complimentary breakfast and red wine. These were beyond our expectations. The staff in the reception desk were very kind. We did not know how to use the electric charger to charge our rental car and the male staff came to help us.

Parking and the monastery were very convenient. The hotel offered a free upgrade to a room with a balcony hot tub. The air conditioner worked great. The only downside was that we were there on a Monday so many shops and restaurants were not open.
